Do you have a Filming Event planned?
Step 1
The City of Bayonne Law Department is the lead City agency that coordinates filming under City Ordinance 4-19. Review the City Ordinance https://ecode360.com/35712132#35712145.
Then– contact Lisa DiLorenzo at ldilorenzo@baynj.org
Step 2
The Bayonne Police Department has requirements for the documentation and management of these events. Review and complete our Questionnaire
Step 3
Submit the Questionnaire along with the following:
- Police Permit – Filming
- Hold Harmless Agreement – Attach the document provided by/submitted to the Law Department
- Proof of insurance with an Insurance Certificate; with the Certificate Holder stating:
CITY OF BAYONNE, 630 AVENUE C BAYONNE, NJ 07002, ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
- A CLEAR copy or photograph of an official I.D. (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)
- No Parking Signs- https://bayonnepd.org/no-parking-signs/
Print, sign, scan, and email these documents to eventsadministrator@bayonnepd.org
Each request package should be emailed individually, not as part of an email chain.
Please, in the subject line, place the name of the Production company, the Project name and the dates of the proposed filming.
The hiring and posting of a Police Officer(s) will be required. Begin the process by establishing an account with our outside agency Extra Duty Solutions:
