Step 1

The City of Bayonne Law Department is the lead City agency that coordinates filming under City Ordinance 4-19.

Step 2

Then, the Bayonne Police Department, through the Traffic Enforcement Unit, has requirements for the documentation and management of these events.

Review and complete our Questionnaire 

Step 3

Submit the Questionnaire along with the following:

  • Police Permit – Filming
  • Hold Harmless Agreement – Attach the document provided by/submitted to the Law Department
  • Title page of your insurance policy, with a Certificate Holder listed EXACTLY as follows City of Bayonne, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ 07002
  • A CLEAR copy or photograph of an official I.D. (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)

Print, sign, scan, and email these documents to traffic@bayonnepd.org OR deliver to the Traffic Unit.

Each request package should be emailed individually, not as part of an email chain.

In the subject line, place the name of the Production company, the filming location, and the dates of the proposed filming.
